RS Innovations obligation under this warranty for new parts is limited to repair or replacement at RS Innovations option, without charge excluding freight if product is found to be defective. The warranty is only valid only when product is returned with pre-approval to an authorized dealer and in its original state, and a 25% restocking fee may apply along with freight charges. Any Modification of a RS Innovations part including but not limited to the following.

Products that have been damaged in transit, by accident, misuses or negligence or that have been repaired or altered products that have been damaged due to adverse weather conditions and road conditions.
Used products that were purchased specified as (used or reconditioned)
Products that have not been installed or cared for properly RS Innovations requires that a 45% deposit be given with the order of all products. We require 65% for all custom work or specialty parts. No refunds will be given on specialty parts or services. RS Innovations will not refund or return any deposits for products or services that fit the following descriptions.
Special crafted or hand made products
Fiberglass wood or metal made products specifically designed for a specific silent or job Used products/ products on consignment or remanufactured products.
RS Innovations uses this form in sales and vehicle purchasing situations, clients are informed that in certain cases this form may represent a binding contract or a valid bill of sales with critical vehicle and sales information being collected throughout. Used Vehicles are being sold as is without any written or expressed warranties the RS Innovations and its representatives. This form can only be used by RS Innovations and its registered members, as a binding contract in the sale of products or vehicles.

RS Innovations stands behind our craftsmanship 100% we will replace or repair any service that is defective or not of high quality craftsmanship that has resulted from installer error not owner neglect or abuse. We reserve the right to review the damaged area and have a third party group evaluate the damages in an effort to determine fault. By authorizing your deposit it forms as consent for us to access funds and as a confirmed contract. For Internet and phone orders, once the order is placed it cannot be changed. R-series is an aftermarket upgrade program, purchased from your local automobile retailer. Although this program is used to help enhance the look & sometimes the performance of a vehicle, we cannot guarantee that it will provide the same quality of standard OME parts. In most cases the products will out perform the OME products and provide you with an added value. All products will be warranted through each individual manufacture i.e. (pioneer electronics, KMC wheels). RS Innovations will warrant the labor only.
